OOC Information:
Name: Blue
Are you over 15? Yes!
Contact: PM to [personal profile] bluedabadee or character journals; Plurk at BlueVersion.

IC Information:
Name: Nepeta Leijon - "Norah de Leon"
Canon: Homestuck
Age: She is introduced at the troll equivalent of thirteen years old in canon, and the amount of time that passes between then and her death is vague, though in any case she was still a teenager; Norah will be sixteen.
Preincarnation Appearance: Feel free to just link to an image.
Any differences: Indeed! Norah isn't an Alternian troll at all but a human girl with mixed but half at least half Latin descent, with olive rather than gray skin, and hazel eyes with standard human white sclera. Her teeth are an equally standard omnivorous set. Her hair, however, is still black, and similarly-styled.

Preincarnated History: What happened to your character in their canon? You don't need to explain the entire series to us, just the relevant parts, and some context to make sure it makes sense. Headcanon should be written in italics.

If you prefer you may write a bare-bones history and post a link to a resource that covers more details.

If the character is an original character, please outline the world they live in as well.

Reincarnated History: What happened to your character that got them to this point in their normal, human life? While a lot of information isn't necessary here, please give us a clear picture of who they are now and where they'll be headed in the context of the game.

First Echo: A couple of years ago, she attempted to think of a clever online handle, and as she'd already caught onto both the usual young girl and internet pointed fondness for cat themes, she settled on "Pounce_de_Leon", a play on her surname - and the name of Nepeta's lusus. The accompanying fondness-filled "memory" of Pounce - that she was a tiger-sized white mother cat with two smiling mouths who lived in the woods, slept often, taught her daughter to hunt who went on to hunt for her - became the source of a few themes in her online and roleplaying personae.

Preincarnation Personality: What sort of person were they in their past life? Headcanon should be clearly marked in italics. This section is important, as it helps us gauge your grasp on the character, so spare no expense here.

Any differences: You are encouraged to deviate from the original personality in three or four major ways, with as many changes made to make their personality logical to the setting. If the personality does not differentiate significantly, revisions may be asked for.

Abilities: Nepeta, as with all trolls, could see in the dark and had a more durable hide than a human - in spite of their appearances, trolls are closer to insects than to mammals, and their skins are along the lines of flexible carapaces or exoskeletons. All trolls also have either a measure of psychic ability and psychic resistance, which are inversely-proportional, ability being greater than resistance in lower castes (Nepeta's olive-blooded caste is fourth from the bottom out of eleven). She herself however was never clearly seen in-canon using anything resembling psychic ability.

What are her unique abilities were agility, acrobatics, and in all likelihood tracking - she'd survived as long as she had on her home planet as a hunter, 'course! Her signature weapons were a pair of gloves with long, bladed claws.

Nepeta's sGrub class, meanwhile, was Rogue of Heart. The class title is on its own misleading - another character describes the appropriateness of it to its actual abilities as implying that a Rogue is "Robin Hood," and Nepeta's class implies that her in-game skills centered around her "sharing heart" with others; she was quick to pounce to assistance for a friend, and loved to speculate on matchmaking and friendships between others. As such, level advancement may have granted her "bonuses" and enhancement in pursuits related to making others feel loved - for example, giving her a bit of extra oomph when fighting to support a friend and increasing the likelihood for positive reactions to her attempts to bring people together.

Roleplay Sample – Third Person: Some form of extended prose exhibiting strong voice and key behaviors of your character. If the voice is weak or the characterization appears to be off, revisions may be asked for.

Roleplay Sample - Network: Same as above, but in network-style format.
